It took me two trips thru the drive thru and another trip inside to get my order correct. but that isn't the reason. I remained calm and friendly throughout the 45 minute adventure. however, David in the drive thru became verbally abusive, even yelling at me about people making mistakes and to call the district manager. I was shocked. the couple standing next to me was shocked. I explained that I hadn't said anything derogatory to him or the staff. I hadn't raised my voice nor was I mad. I just wanted the fries I ordered. He preceeded to mutter nastiness under his breath. All that and my fried weren't even done! Never again will I ever go to that store. Ridiculous.
