Only complaint they had was we tried to add something to our that was simple, but the sales associate did not inquire on what it was I told us to drive around and get back in line. Felt he could have been more complying with us. And the time that we waited for our food it would have been simple to add two shakes
Difficulty understanding the worker taking my order. She did not speak clearly. Repeated my 1st order 4 times. She was just so hard to understand so much so I became frustrated. Asked my mother ( she was with me at the time) "if she was ok if we had dinner elsewhere"?

I ordered a banana milkshake topped with chocolate. I love their banana milkshakes, so I will say that this is not typical. However, tonight it was more like banana milk because it wasn’t thick at all. I couldn’t taste the chocolate, so I removed the lid. The chocolate was all around the edge of the cup (not topped on the shake). The only way I could then get chocolate into the straw was to scrape the side of the cup with the straw.
