Starbucks is a welcoming spot where staff members show genuine care and sympathy. Regular customers are treated like family, with staff recognizing and remembering their names and orders. The store's staff is wonderful, as evident in Brody's excellent customer service. The location has also introduced new offerings, such as Oleato lattes, which are a hit with customers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place to grab a coffee and feel better, as experienced by one customer who was in tears and left feeling much improved.
