Update: one star is more than you deserve.Empty theater, empty parking lot, empty bar. Plenty of employees with no customers to serve. I’m glad I’m not an investor. Such a poor experience, I never went back. I arrived before the movie started and they wouldn’t sell me a ticket because the commercials were running. The theater probably had six customers watching. Silliest policy I’ve ever heard. Especially when there are servers helping folks during the movie walking up and down the aisles. It would have been a considerable amount of revenue to SMG. No ticket purchased, no food, no drinks and no gratuities for the hard working staff. It's a shame. It's a lot of missed business. I don't miss going at all and I have saved a lot of money. My last visit was eye opening and mind blowing. When I arrived, commercials were running and the movie hadn't started yet. The clerk wouldn't sell me a ticket because of their new policy and suggested I buy one on line ahead of time next time. I was shocked. Not too long ago movie staff would say "you only missed the credits , you still have time". It's a different world now. This policy probably contributed to their bankruptcy. I watch new releases at home now- it's just easier!I have been supporting SMG in Seminole since it opened. Tonight I went to the movies and found out if you arrive during the pre views you can't purchase a ticket.Update:Nothing but gratitude at this point. SMG changed my consumer behavior for ever and I'm saving money. The experience at SMG was so bad and the folks behind the counter were so uncaring that it convinced me to watch movies at home from now on instead of going to the theatre. I called the corporate office too and they were unresponsive. Glad I'm not an investor and wish them luck with the bankruptcy.

However, my experience left much to be desired.Upon receiving my bill, I was informed that an 18% gratuity was already included. Fair enough, I thought, as I had only ordered one item. To my surprise, a couple of days later, I noticed an additional charge added to my card.This blatant overcharging left me feeling scammed and utterly disappointed. It's evident that the server took advantage of the situation, likely because of the low turnout in the theater.Overall, my return to Studio Movie Grill was marred by this cringe-worthy incident, and I won't be returning anytime soon. Beware of unexpected charges and questionable practices.

Been here a few times and we’ve never had a bad experience. Mac (like Mac and cheese) was our waiter tonight and oh my gosh he had everyone in the row laughing and chatting together. What a good dude! Good, happy, funny, relatable service industry workers are hard to come by. I don’t ever really leave reviews but this guy needs some recognition!

I think this theater definitely needs some renovations. The seats are kinda small with most of them having rips. Staff is very friendly but it took me having to press my button twice for them to remember to bring my water out. Food was also good

Crazy over priced hidden fees for everything you buy after the tickets. Becareful of what you think your getting ask questions cuz they don't tell you anything is extra or not included until the bill and then. BAM!
This theatre is pretty old, but it's a nice intimate experience. It's convenient to be able to order food at your seat. One downside is that if your movie is super quiet you can hear a movie playing next door through the walls if it's loud. I've been back a couple times though because it does make a nice date night experience.

I love the location of this theater but the seats are in dire need of a change. Also I spent $19 on one drink. That’s a bit much! The latest movie selection is great and I like that they bring you your food and drinks off a full menu. However, I witnessed a careless employee put food down at empty seats in a theater that only had 5 people in it. The elderly couple had moved a few seats over… you’d think he’d ask!? Also, my mom is handicapped and their handicapped door has been broken the last three times we’ve been there so that lowers my rating. Sadly, they just don’t seem to care… I’ll be driving a bit further to Tyrone from now on.
