My favorites are the Jalapeño Holly Chicken Salad, (& kudos to the Classic Carol), the wheatberry bread (& that they give u an option to toast it) & the loaded baked potato soup. And you could get the Broccoli Side Salad as an appetizer or even a meal - the broccoli florets are fresh, small and cooked just right, with fresh bacon bits, grated carrot & grated cheese and a balanced salad dressing: very fresh, filling, & very yum. Def can’t complain that I get a pickle spear and a very yummy cookie with the Meal Options. The buttercream cookie is scrumdidiliumscious. For a fresh meal that tastes like a great and healthy Mom made it: this is it.“

My office orders from this location ALL of the time, we love the food. Good management and having someone who takes the time to care about customers, can be rare, so I really appreciated it.“

“They respectfully and professionally explained that they don't accept coupons at their location. They shared with me 2 or 3 other locations that do accept coupons. They noticed that my party had coupons in our hands and were able to let me know before ordering. I appreciated knowing this before attempting to use the coupons at the register. The staff was thinking ahead and was on top of things to warn me about their coupon policy. Both staff members were quiet and kept busy attending to customers and the store.“

“If I could give Firehouse 10 stars I would! And the Largo Mall location in particular is just awesome!! Ive been coming to Firehouse since they opened. The staff always welsomes us and greers us with smiles and the store is always clean. On top of all that, the food is ALWAYS being fantastic and the owner of that location in particular is very professional and courteous. “So my son is on the spectrum, and his diet is made up of very few items that he will eat. However, he wanted to try Subway, and so I was like, Yes! So we went to our neighborhood subway, which is within walking distance from our house, and when we got there, I was unsure what he would ask for. He wanted a meatball sub. However, knowing my son and his habits, I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he could just sample a meatball. So he made him one. Which I thought was above and beyond great customer service. My son was not adverse to the meatball but didn't seem to really think it was something he would eat an entire sub of.So we asked for kind of a custom chicken mozzarella Mariana sub, and they obliged. They were so patient with us and made us feel comfortable.
