Good food, even better service. This is the place and Robin is the best!! Thank you for taking care of us and give this amazing woman a raise.“

“We've eaten here a few times over the last 2 years, and always liked it. This time, March 2024, I thought the food was better than other times. We both had an omelette, Western and Meat Lovers, and they were fantastic. I really liked the home fries too. The waitress asked if I wanted onions cooked with them too, which I said yes. They did charge extra for the onions and the different cheese on the Western omelette. Our server is always nice and friendly. We've had the same lady every time. I'm wondering if she ever goes home ?. We were each given a sample of the homemade carrot cake before we left, and OMG!...it was wonderful!! ?. At some point, I will be getting some to eat there or take home. And trying their other homemade desserts too that looked amazing!Parking: The lot isn't very big.“

“This place was packed after church on Sunday. We had a ten minute wait, and it was totally worth it! Our server's name was Charity, and she was so great. And her earrings were a fried egg and a piece of bacon! Every worker had a smile. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. My handicapped daughter wanted a specific sandwich, so they made sure they made it for her just right, and she was in heaven. Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend.“

“We had a work event for 28 people and even though they’re was a double booking of the event room the staff was able to comfortably fit us in and take really good care of us. We had a great server and the manager Jen was extremely accommodating and courteous. You can tell this restaurant had a staff that cared and worked hard to take care of all their clients. “This is our first time at Spring Hill location. We placed an online order a week in advance but we were told by staff that they are out of order at the time of arrival. We did not get any notification only to email to pick up an order at designated time. It would be better for the store to reserve the order for people who have ordered/paid/planned to pick up instead of selling to walk in customers.We were offered the whole turkey to replace our order at no extra charge. We accepted it. Just be mindful that online order does not guarantee that your food will be there.“

“Sitting here absolutely enjoying the Lobster Bisque for maybe the 12th time this year. Hats of to Mr. Kenny for, in my opinion the best tasting single food in Hernando and surrounding counties. The quality of this bisque is phenomenal. I encourage any and everyone to come out to Upper Deck any day and order a bowl. If you order a cup you will be upset at yourself for not ordering a bowl. “My daughter and I shared the fried chicken Sunday special and it was so good! The sweet tea was just the right amount of sweet and had a great flavor.April 2024 - Our server Steve was nice. The food came out quickly. The steak fries were a little salty for my taste. My husband enjoyed the Southern Fried Chicken.Parking: Besides a nice size lot that belongs to Cracker Barrel, there's a shopping center with lots of parking spaces behind the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: There are peg games at the tables to play while you wait for food. There's a couple of big checker boards on tables around the restaurant. The store has a big assortment of candy, toys, clothes, decorations, etc...Wheelchair accessibility: There's room at just about every table to put a wheelchair at.“

“We had about 20 people in our group plus 3 kids, one of them a toddler. Our server was phenomenal! She didn't miss a beat nor get stressed out at any moment! She stated that she loved the challenge!She was great with the kids as they escaped to a booth behind us. I wish I could remember her name. We were there Thursday Dec. 28th 2023.Every food order was perfect & delicious!!
