I have yet to get a hot cup of coffee. Too often the urn is empty or sitting with Luke warm Java. I would suggest heated urns or coffee made to order. No restaurant can have a good reputation without serving hot coffee.

Was one of the first customers this morning. Light blend coffee was full of coffee grounds. Showed the coffee cup to Mgr. It took 15 minutes to brew another pot. Our toasted bagels became cold waiting for the coffee. The coffee counter was filthy, spilled milk, sugar and iced coffee was all over the counter. Mgr made no attempt to clean it up. I took a bunch of napkins and wiped down the counter. The cupboard door below was broken, stayed ajar. Customers were hitting their leg on he opened door. One Customer complained to Mgr, she did nothing about it other than confirming that the door was broken. Will not be returning to this location, it was way too dirty for just being opened and the Mgr's professionalism was unsatisfactory.

Only thing I can recommend about this place is that they really need self serving kiosk like all other Panera. Overall wonderful place and friendly staff.

Restaurant needs serious updating. Not a clean feeling, very sticky floors, probably from cleaning solution, sticky counter, empty napkin holder. More attention to a cleaner restaurant would be great!

Today Monday 4 December 2023 I went Panera and ask for late, she said sorry no late because we don’t have milk. Ok. But I will have 3 bagels toasted with butter. Oh sorry, we don’t have butter. This is 3rd time we have tried ordering panera this year, thinking maybe it was just a fluke. The quality has gone down significantly. The frontega panini was one of my favs, i also paid extra for avocado. They put all of the ingredients to one side of the sandwhich, very little chicken and one small chunk of avocado is added, the sandwhich is mostly thick bread untoasted or pressed. French onion soup is loaded with chucks of onion with very little broth served like warm. Not to mention i spent almost $16 dollars for a hlf of sandwhich and cup of soup combo. Waste of money. Third time fool on me. You have definitely lost a customer.

BE AWARE PHOTOS OF PARTIALLY CHEWED FOOD.We ordered Uber eats. Ordered 4 Bread bowls and a full sandwich. I called the location to ask if they could recall making my sandwich and see if maybe they could recall if they put in a full sandwich.. The Manager Lisa said she couldn’t be sure if they did or did not (and her tone make me believe maybe they knew.) She immediately offered to refund the cost of the full sandwich because we only received 1/2 of the sandwich. End of call one.From here we sit down to eat and the sandwich literally stinks, like old nasty ham. So I called and attempted to let Lisa know while saying I am asking you to look at the meat. It’s no good and you are going to make people sick. She was like ok ok, I will take care of it (not even close to as nice as she was the first time. ) I am not looking for anything more then to make her aware. I told her to go look at my review and I will post photos. (I will take a photos and update in the morning so you can see it’s wasn’t eaten. It won’t be eaten because the meat is bad.And let’s not forget that extremely pitiful pickle that looks picked clean and ripped in half.I will be reaching out to corporate in the morning- you are going to cause someone to become very ill. Based on the reviews this is a habitual situation of serving food that wasn’t edible.I expected more from the name Panera.Due to the finding this is a possible franchise I will never eat here again. Additionally I will be reach out to dept and health to file complaints. SHAME ON YOU. THIS IS VERY DISTASTEFUL IN MORE WAYS THEN MY SUPPER.Updated: 10/20/23 (next day)As said. Adding photos on the next morning to prove we didn’t eat it.
