Pulled up to the window and the girl said I had to go back to through the drive thru to order, even though no body was in line and she wasn’t helping anybody. We refused to go back thru because no one was answering. Some guy came over and finally took our order and then gave us the wrong order. We got regular donuts instead of sprinkled ones. Poor service

Ordered 150 munchkins on the mobile app at 6 am on a Saturday, placed it to have it picked up at 4pm. When I got there the man through the drive-thru informed me that they only has 10 munchkins left…. I was flabbergasted at the lack of common sense people have. you would think after paying 50 dollars in the MORNING I would get there to receive my FULL order. Instead he decided to sell all the munchkins. He should have been smart enough to get 3 50 count boxes and proceed to fill them and then store them for when I arrived… I guess not all us think the same. Oh and apparently he couldn’t call because it was through the “ mobile app” but why do I put my number in if they’re gonna use it!!!! He just said to call the 1-800 number.. Great Advice!!!

Was given a defective cup where the lid wouldn’t stay on and asked for a new one. The manager said “oh I saw that but the lid still went on”. Got two different drinks and both were made with bad milk that was undrinkable. Will not be returning to this location.

This DD location has had my business fo the last time. I appreciate effencicy, but the abuse from the gentleman who works the drive thru line has sealed my decison to stop coming to this location. I see other reviewers who mention the same complaint, so I wonder why this employee has not undergone some sort of customer service remediation? Honestly...I'd rather regift my DD giftcards and pay double the price at Starbucks to avoid early morning abuse in the drive thru line at the Palencia Dunkin Donuts. The product isn't worth the aggravation.

Failed to provide any of a $41 order besides a decaf coffee & bacon…. Stated 1 item not available said they could make replacement & replacement was not provided. No one answers phone, VM full. Completely unacceptable & ridiculous. Store shouldn’t be open if they can’t provide half the items on their menu. - receipt not even right considering they were out of the croissants too.

Would give zero if I could. The drive through is weird but we figured since we had an already paid for online order it wouldn't be a huge deal to not circle all over the parking lot. This man (the one with the limp) opened the window and said "why are you here?"....why are you here. I mean I've chosen not to work in a fast food drive through but I'm pretty sure that's not what you're supposed to say. He was hands down one of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of coming across, he doesn't need to be in a position where he deals with the public. Another lovely gentleman saved the situation for all of us because he was not going to appreciate me within about 5 seconds. Anyways. The online order was ready promptly and the food is good but hopefully the one guy loses his job today.

I ordered a large hot latte and they gave me a large iced latte which isn’t a big deal however when I gave it back to them to exchange it they just poured the liquid from iced latte into cup and microwaved it. I also ordered an iced chai tea that was undrinkable. Whatever they put into it sunk to the bottom of the cup and would not mix into the drink no matter how much I stirred it.
My straw had a hole in it & I couldn't drink my frozen French vanilla coffee that way.

I went there for snackin bacon and they gave me limp, half cooked non maple bacon. I simply asked for a refund and the shift manager got an attitude and had comments about my refund RIGHT IN FRONT of me. She made the entire transaction hostile. I will never give this location my money again. Do not recommend!

I went to this Dunkin 2 days in a row and asked for a medium iced coffee with milk. The first day it was a medium iced coffee with no milk and mocha in it. Today i made sure to specifically say no syrup no sugar just coffee and milk, but when i took a sip it was so sweet it was undrinkable. The service is awful would not recommend going.
