Was given a defective cup where the lid wouldn’t stay on and asked for a new one. The manager said “oh I saw that but the lid still went on”. Got two different drinks and both were made with bad milk that was undrinkable. Will not be returning to this location.

This DD location has had my business fo the last time. I appreciate effencicy, but the abuse from the gentleman who works the drive thru line has sealed my decison to stop coming to this location. I see other reviewers who mention the same complaint, so I wonder why this employee has not undergone some sort of customer service remediation? Honestly...I'd rather regift my DD giftcards and pay double the price at Starbucks to avoid early morning abuse in the drive thru line at...read full review

Failed to provide any of a $41 order besides a decaf coffee & bacon…. Stated 1 item not available said they could make replacement & replacement was not provided. No one answers phone, VM full. Completely unacceptable & ridiculous. Store shouldn’t be open if they can’t provide half the items on their menu. - receipt not even right considering they were out of the croissants too.
