“Stopped here by myself for a quick bite. I had the rueben dog. It was the best hot dog I ever ate in my life. All beef cooked perfectly, the bun was so soft and warm, the cheese and slaw just melted in my mouth. I only hope to get back one day for another one.“
“My wife and I stopped here for lunch while visiting St. Augustine. It was our anniversary and the day of the eclipse. We were seated at the front and had a great view of the river. I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were the best I ever had. I will stop there again just for that. The wait staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere. Give it a try!“
“First time eating at this establishment and it was well worth the 30 minute drive! Shannager was our waitress and she was amazing. Super welcoming, friendly, and very personable with us. You could tell that she loved her job which was very refreshing because servers are always apart of a restaurant’s experience and she is most definitely great at what she does. The food came out super quick and was hot and ready right when it came to us. The music was a nice ambience and even the homemade chocolate pie with oreo crust, TO DIE FOR!!! We are definitely coming back soon and we will ask for Shannager to be our waitress again because she was so fantastic! “
“We thought we weren't going to be able to get in because the place looked so crowded for lunch, but that was the front of the building. Do yourself a favor and go around to the back. Much more open in terms of seating. Less of a hustle and bustle feel. The wait staff was very nice, super friendly and very attentive. We all loved our food! The fried oysters I had were probably the largest I'd ever seen. The Mac and cheese with bacon was absolutely delicious. The piece of fish with the fish and chips was huge The only complaint was the Ruben egg rolls. So you might want to avoid them. We would absolutely return next time we're in town.“
