Last time I was at Panera was in December. I used to go a lot to order the tuna sandwich, and was good, big and lettuce,tomato,onions very fresh! That change!!! They reduced the size of the sandwich on everything!!. Onion soup was cold!My husband ordered the BBQ sandwich and it barely see the chicken!! Really guys?? Your profit is good! Don't do this to customers,without us bussiness don't go well!!!!!!

This is my 3rd visitIn a row where I’ve been told the baguettes are unavailable so I’ve ordered something other than what I originally wanted. Just to get my order in the car and find 2 baguettes In there. What!! I would have ordered something completely different if you would have been honest. I love Panera, but will not come back because I never get what I want. Sad

no one was friendly. didn't get one smile. let us order a four cheese egg souffle even though they were out of it. ordered an asiago cheese bagel toasted with butter to go, didn't give it to me in a to go container. there were no plastic utensils out so i had to ask for some. burnt my bagel and there was a hair on it that wasn't mine. definitely not coming back to this panera. i usually love panera.

Deli Turkey Sandwich & Cream of Chicken Soup ($7.99)Good overall. Tasty sandwich and hot soup. Use the self-serve digital kiosk right inside the main door for ordering. Much more efficient to do it yourself. They were out of Broccoli n Cheese soup in a Bread Bowl which is what I really wanted and a small soda is $3.29 which is crazy.

Consistently bad! Use the same repeat order on the app which add pepperoncini peppers to the strawberry, blueberry, and other fruit salad. They insist that pepperonis are the same as pepperoncini peppers. Always find pepperoni in my fruit salad! That’s the brain cells we are working with here folks.Tables are always dirty. The expectation is that you put your order in, check yourself out, go wipe down a table, grab your food off the counter with extremely rude staff and faces…… And of course they want a tip.Now I see why everyone is being replaced by automation and artificial intelligence. I used to blame the big greedy corporations; However, it is evident that most people are not working with a full deck here. The lights appear to be on, but nobody’s home. Sad.

This is one of the worst Panera restaurants I’ve been to. Hot tea was lukewarm at 10 am. Earl gray tasted like nothing, so obviously was very old. When I went to refill my tea water and see if it would be hotter, I was only able to get half a cup of the same lukewarm water. I tried to speak with the service person but she was deaf and was not able to assist me.My kids were splitting their Mac and cheese so I went to request a second spoon - I was given a plastic spoon. I told them I’d rather have a real spoon so that plastic doesn’t leach toxins into my kids hot meal, I was given one which still had Mac and cheese on it. The third spoon was slightly better but I still had to pretty much wash it with a napkin and our water.My husband went to the bathroom with one of our kids and said it was disgusting.We are vining from Maryland and there is obviously a huge disparity between standards of service between the two states.
