I can't hold in the disappointment anymore. I have only ever ordered from Papa since I was a teen. Never anywhere else. Love the cheese sauce! Fiercely loyal fan--- just look at my account, Corporate. You'll find my name, and my YEARS of orders.I just can't handle my family and myself being let down and LITERALLY losing money anymore. I've lost close to $50+ now this year by not being given sauces and sides I've ordered. My pizzas are rarely ever cooked well, AND they are often incorrect orders. Just like tonight. I have so many clips I have recorded of the labels literally showing my order on the box AND the receipt... and being blatantly wrong. Ordered a Half and Half XL tonight, and got a completely covered pepperoni pizza. Again. Wow. Also, the people that work there are usually nice... but sometimes, oh man. You'll be waiting there, feeling like a complete imbecile. They'll make sure you know they see you. They just don't care to even acknowledge you. I'm just so dang sad. I can't waste anymore money. My passive nature can only withstand so much. Once you see your kids disappointed, you can't keep turning a blind eye. I'll miss you, but this just isn't worth it anymore. I can't keep throwing money away. :(

After a stressful day and my husband being sick, we decided about 6pm to order pizza. Marcos is our go -to but neither of us felt like going to pick it up so we settled on Papa John's. After ordering, we received no calls and no emails about our order. It took nearly 2 HOURS for our pizza (nothing else with our order) to be delivered. By car, we are only about 7-8 mins away! On top of that, it was COLD! So cold, it had to be microwaved! It was also somehow delivered by door dash and we DID NOT order it through door dash! I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend this location (Murabella) if you like Papa John's.

Every time we order ahead the pizza is done literally 45 min ahead of the chosen time. What’s the point of choosing a time?

We called in a large “The Works” with cheese on only half of the pizza. The lady that took the order even repeated it back twice. Once we picked it up my husband noticed there was cheese on the whole pizza. The older lady that took his money said well I guess we screwed up we were confused. So my husband said can you make another one? She replied yes and my husband said would you give me a deal if I pay for the pizza that was made wrong. She said no we feed it to the staff. When we now pick up the corrected pizza the gentleman at the counter asked do still want the pizza that we screwed up and my husband said sure. The older lady that originally took my husband’s money walks up opens the pizza box and starts eating it! Never have I seen anything like that before. Shame on her!

We ordered pizza for delivery tonight for 6pm. It is now 9:28pm and still no pizza. Multiple calls to the store and the reply “you are next, just waiting on the driver to return”. I’m assuming the driver quit at this point - I’ll take this up with the manager tomorrow. Stay away at all costs - lots of other places to order from.

DO NOR GO HERE!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I don't know if the people who work here don't pay attention or just don't care but multiple times I have ordered and gotten carry out where they have made the complete opposite of what I ordered and then complained when asked to fix it. I do not and would not recommend this Papa John's to my worst enemy!

It’s really frustrating you can’t just call the store and place an order. The last few times we’ve called we were given an outsourced line and the phone call was around 5 minutes. When I try to order online, it defaults to delivery and I can’t seem to get it set for pickup, hence the calling. Food is as you’d guess. Very expensive though, definitely gone up over the years with most things.

My husband and I order from here monthly and every single time it has been amazing service, food, and the manager Dereka is so sweet. I am not sure why the negative reviews but I continue to order from here bc of how wonderful everyone has been. Thank you. Will continue to order from here.

My order was 35 minutes late and the food for Luke warm. When I called to complain, the so called manager on duty said to talk to corporate and wouldn't help me.Haven't ordered since.

Confused about the overwhelming negative reviews. Husband and I have ordered from this location 3 times now (1 time delivery, 2 times carryout) and the pizza has turned out perfectly each time, not to mention the orders were completed 5-10 minutes before they said they’d be.Maybe the old staff got fired because they’re doing a great job now.

While the pizza is usually tasty, I recommend picking up your order. Delivery takes forever. Once they left it on my porch without ringing the doorbell or anything, so it sat there for a while with us thinking it never got delivered. There is nowhere to eat inside. It's solely pick up.
