After a stressful day and my husband being sick, we decided about 6pm to order pizza. Marcos is our go -to but neither of us felt like going to pick it up so we settled on Papa John's. After ordering, we received no calls and no emails about our order. It took nearly 2 HOURS for our pizza (nothing else with our order) to be delivered. By car, we are only about 7-8 mins away! It’s really frustrating you can’t just call the store and place an order. The last few times we’ve called we were given an outsourced line and the phone call was around 5 minutes. When I try to order online, it defaults to delivery and I can’t seem to get it set for pickup, hence the calling. Food is as you’d guess. Very expensive though, definitely gone up over the years with most things.

My husband and I order from here monthly and every single time it has been amazing service, food, and the manager Dereka is so sweet. I am not sure why the negative reviews but I continue to order from here bc of how wonderful everyone has been. Thank you. Will continue to order from here.
