Even when you put in a mobile order with a pick up time, 30 mins ahead of your arrival and then arrive and the store and drive thru are empty but they park you because your food is not done is absolutely terrible customer service. This kind of service is why they don’t deserve over 12 dollars an hour.
Food good and cooked in a timely manner. The person who was taking our order as well as the previous two did not know how to operate the register and the employs standing around was not offering to help. Also she was the only one operating a register so everyone was waiting on her to figure out how to use the register.Parking: Parking was adequate for store size.

The food quality was mixed. I got a Dave's double it was.good. my friend got the chicken sandwich and he said it was awful. The service was fine. We were served but the staff didn't have the attitudes that they wanted to be there. The lobby was empty but wasn't cleaned very well. I most likely will not be back to this location.
