“Service at this fast food restaurant sed to be great, however customer service have plunged so much that is not joke, Yesterday I place and order thru Uber Eat, by away my first time, the order was delayed one full hour and half. I placed my order at 4:30 pm, delivered from this location at 5:50 pm, delivered to my place at 6:00 pm. I felt sorry for the Uber driver, original Uber pick up driver declined to wait that long after more than 40 minutes a second Uber driver stay out for the rest of this ordeal. Thumbs up for this driver, I gave her a good review despite this poor service no her fault and additional tip to compensate her lost for no doing more business in the mean time. I have to say that a month ago I tried their service in person and waiting time was awful as well but no as this one, what a poor service. This location seems to be understaffed and poor managed.“
“I wanted to finally try out this location. The food is good, but it’s not something I wouldn’t crave down the road. Also go with the fried chicken. The grilled chicken was ok , but it’s cool they give you the option of trying both.Their Horchata is good! I recommend that.“
“Mixed emotions about Crown. Small neighborhood fried chicken spot that reminds me of home (NYC). I've been eating here for years and will continue to. Chicken is typically good and well seasoned. But sometimes they fall short. For example I prefer my chicken well done and only wings. I have noticed that if I call ahead and pick up in person my chicken is done to perfection, but if I order on doordash not so much. Sometimes when I use DoorDash they will send me all sorts of chicken parts that I don't eat (I only eat wings) and the chicken is not fried as well as I like. I am NOT saying they are selling undercooked chicken. I am saying I like my chicken cooked EXTRA and sometimes they don't pay attention to my request. But after all these years haven't had a bad enough experience to stop going there, I just won't order from them using DoorDash anymore.“
“The reasons for not giving 5 stars is because of how difficult it was to locate where the restaurant was at night. The name sign cannot be seen at night, they should put lights on it so that the name of the business can be seen.The things we ordered were super delicious, especially the baked chicken, they really are the best in Orlando for Dominican-style baked chicken. In addition to baked chicken, I also ordered a large order of pica pollo and it was tasty too. While we were waiting for the order we ordered an order of tequeños and they were tasty...The attention from the lady who attended us was very good and attentive.The prices are acceptable...The place is not very big but it is cozy and clean. The music they have is good and happy.“
“Cuba son was very extermly disrespectful when serving me gave me additude just becuase I dont know spanish but the food and price over all pretty good. But they need more workers and the place is to small and cramped when I sit im hitting the person behind me because we are so close like what the hell is this.“
“I just love the new menu and how much more streamlined everything is. Don't get me wrong, I loved the variety, but it's a good change to keep the core favorites in the spotlight while adding something new. I just tried the sauced tenders. One word...AMAZING! I got the 4 piece Korean BQ and the 4 piece Garlic Parmasean. Wow! Full of flavor. It is very craveable and very delicious. The waffle fries were on point. Hot and crispy. The lemonade topped it all off. Let's be honest. The sauced tenders are just FIRE! LOL, I would have taken pictures, but just trust me when I say my stomach was having a great time. “Stopped in today saw drive thru and knew I had 30 mins and could not wait in drive thru. But when I got inside I was greeted by an amazing enthusiastic team that made me feel welcomed.
