Used to Love It—Not Anymore
I used to really enjoy Papa John’s, but the quality has gone downhill. I always request light sauce, and the last two times my pizza came loaded with sauce—completely the opposite of what I asked for. The pizzas also haven’t been as fresh, with fewer toppings and undercooked crust. On top of that, service is getting slower and less accurate. Disappointed, especially as a long-time customer. Hope they get it back on track.
They(Mary Kay) have no customer service skills, don’t honor their promo that they advertised and most of all Briana the manager don’t have no skills to serve the public. Called to place an order for a vegetable pizza, they are charging you $24.00 for 1 pizza when they are greeting you answering their phones with “ WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY OUR 2 LARGE WITH 2 TOPPINGS FOR $10.99 EACH” with their promo code 2LGRS then doubting that Mary Kay did not said that. I’ve ordered several times and food is VERY inconsistent. Either perfect food perfectly cooked or wrong order or horrible mess cook. Not wasting my money again. Sad because when it’s good it’s really good!
