We had this food truck twice in the past few months for reaching safety goals in our FedEx Freight service center. Both times I ordered the quesadillas and both times they were great. I hope we win them again to be honest.
This food truck came by work. They were late past the scheduled time they were suppose to be here. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was good. Hot and fresh. Fries were hot but could have been a bit crispier. Menu was a bit limited and service was a little slow.

I recently had the pleasure of having Gladys and the Kings Bistro cater our daughter's USF grad party. First, Gladys is the sweetest person to work with! Secondly, the food was amazing!
