“I highly recommend this restaurant. We eat here weekly. Family owned places are amazing. We all have to remember, it’s been extremely hard on small businesses since Covid. It’s been hard on the employees of those businesses. Businesses are struggling to stay afloat and the employees can’t buy gas to get to work, pay rent and feed their kids. When we bad mouth businesses who do their best to serve us, it kinda makes us look bad. Be kind and compassionate. Remember what your grandmother use to say, “You get more bees with honey, rather than vinegar.”

“This is a great family owned business. If you like BBQ make sure you don't go too late because they do run out! Tom got a brisket plate and I ordered the 4 rib plate. We had more than enough to eat with leftovers for lunch the next day. They also have great liver and onions - it's what I usually get because it offends my husband's sense of smell to cook it at home. Thank you Artman's!”

“We ordered a peanut butter pie and it was incredible! Best I have ever had and the crust was also amazing. She is only about 20 minutes away from The Villages on 301 and well worth the short drive. When you want a special dessert call Donna the day before and she will have a fresh pie ready. All four of us couldn’t believe how good this pie tasted. She has been perfecting her craft for the past 30 years. We will definitely be back again and again.”

Different waitress each night, all friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The meal and good service helped getting past some difficult times.”
