“What an amazing experience we just had at Darrell's Dog Gone Good Diner #11! We were just passing through the area and decided to stop for brunch. With only 2 servers in the building, we were sat fairly quickly, she brought us our menus and drinks quickly too even though I told her to take her time. I could see they were busy and it was only the two of them. I ordered 3 eggs basted with ham and a side of sausage links. The meal came with grits and a biscuit (got a side of sausage gravy with it) which I am bringing home. Most places don't know how to make basted eggs, well this was not like most places. I don't know where they get their eggs from but these were the best eggs I have ever eaten! I used every last piece of meat to scrape the egg up off the plate as to not leave a drop. Eggs were perfect, ham was cooked great and tasted amazing, and oh goodness the link sausage was thick, delicious, and cooked perfectly. My friend ordered the Waffle breakfast. She got her eggs over easy and also said they were cooked perfectly and delicious. Her bacon was on point and she said the waffle was one of the best she's ever had. We figured there would be a bit of a wait for the food to come out with how busy they were, and the kitchen staff even apologized if there was a wait on the food, but we thought it came out much quicker than we expected. I don't have one complaint! Everything was so amazing, I made sure to Thank the kitchen and wait staff for the entire experience. I love checking out new small restaurants, it is always where you get the best food and personal service. I will definitely be telling friends and family about this place and will 100% stop here again when driving across the state!!“

“Great place, to eat! I live the fact of how aware the staff is. Even on busy breakfast days, when the waitresses are literally running with a smile. Every waitress stopped to check that everything was perfect going to customers. I have never seen such a true dedication to patrons. Whether it was eat in or take out.....each waitress checked the order was correct! This business is well worth the visit! Food was awesome, everyone was very pleasant and welcoming.“

“Excellent food and the menu has a good variety to choose from.They also have a full liquor bar if you like to have a drink with your meal or a mimosa with your breakfast! They run the full gamut of breakfast,lunch,& dinner and i would recommend them all. I would price it at above average cost but you pay for what you get and it is all good so enjoy! The waitresses and jenny who waits and bartends is the absolute best! They actually now have extended there hours by now opening up at 7:00 on saturday and sundays currently! So thats good news for on the weekends! Metro consistently has great service and the employees are all so helpful and treat you like your there best friend! Still great food and you get it fast! Great breakfast place and the workers are Great always make you feel comfortable(Jenny,Jackie,Angie)! Theres ben some changes at the metro lately our bartendress jenny is no longer there. Who really liked but now weve got Angie bartending & waiting on us and she does a great job always smiling and happy! Our favorite bartendress/waitress Angie always takes care of us the best. My 98 yr old WW2 veteran father calls her angel instead of angie. She knows exactly what we all drink and is getting them ready for us as we walk in the door! The food is always top notch whether its breakfast,lunch or dinner! All the other workers there are also very helpful(jackie)and always have a smile on there face!RR“

“I love this place, I go there everyday to eat my dinner.Food is great, prices are reasonable, the servers are very friendly and courteous.My favorite cook is Julian, he's an awesome cook, I love his food so much, he really takes care of his customers.The servers Ashley, Jessica, David and Janice they're great and always make you feel like home and Israel great guy he keep that place impeccable clean.I really appreciate it guys, Thank you.“

“Had an early morning doctor appointment so right after, we needed food and Darrell's Diner came to mind. Have been here once before for lunch, so breakfast was on our minds. I ordered the half order of biscuits and gravy with two eggs and my wife had the two egg breakfast with her crispy bacon, toast and hash browns. Could have had American fries or grits, but hash browns was the selection today. Service was prompt, even though most tables were filled with customers, and their coffee was drinkable. All told, a pleasant experience“
