Haven't been here in a while. It looked like the chief left the reservation and the Indians were running wild. Counters had food all over them, trays were mostly empty, trash cans over flowing, tables dirty and the employees were just hanging around talking and laughing. Whomever runs this place has a lot of training to do.

Ordered through app 4/29. Ordered four bowls for pick up. Every single bowl was wrong base, wrong protein and wrong or missing toppings. Not a single bowl was correct. Lids had correct order number and name. Not to mention bowls were half full and overly salted

Upon walking in the worker made us wait until he finished his story to a coworker before taking our order. After several minutes he was very demanding and rude when rushing me to take our order. Wouldn't even check if they were making more of the protein we asked for, as it was VERY clearly being made at the grill behind him. Highly do not recommend this location as the ambiance looked like none of the workers wanted to be there.

Place was disgusting. Trash on the floor, tables dirty. Chicken was grey. Got a water from the fountain and it tasted so bad i had to buy a bottle. They hire too many kids, didnt seem like there was a manager around. Id never come back to this location

I'm a repeat of client from this place. (I visited place yesterday 4/18/24 around 5 pm) I ordered a chicken bowl with extra protein with the fajita on the side. I prepared my burrito first, i ate it and the rest of it i mixed it with Pico De Gallo that i ordered on the side and it was SUPER SALTY! it messed up my entire dinner. I was so disappointed since I only had breakfast and no lunch to be able to be hungry by 5 to have it for dinner. I tried to keep eating it, but I just couldn't handle the salt and me suffering from high blood pressure this is a NO to have salty food. I purchased my wife some chips with guac and that was OK, I had ordered a side of Pico de Gallo and as soon as she tried it, it was very salty - that she couldn't even eat it. So, whoever prepared that Pico de Gallo today should be more careful or be replaced because I guarantee you that today they will receive a lot of complaints of the food being salty. I will continue to come here since i like this location and its close to my house, but they should be more careful. Messed up my dinner and i had to end up ordering from Uber eats dinner from another place since i was still hungry and was not happy on going to bed hungry after this experience. I did reach out to them so hopefully they do right by me for the mess up.

Worst chipotle I've ever been to! And i went twice to try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but wow it's disgusting! So dirty and they never have anything available. The service worst ever! The workers are unprofessional and rude.

this is easily the worst chipotle i've ever been in. i've eaten at mall chipotles better than this one. i don't expect great service from a fast casual obviously, but the state that this chipotle was in shows no one cares about this store from top to bottom. i arrived at around lunch time, and EVERY table was filthy. i literally mean EVERY, not figuratively or exaggerating. trash cans were comically overflowing, if i added my plate i'm sure it would an avalanche of trash would hit the floor. they were out of guac, fajitas, and one of the meats. soda machines had 2/8 labeled as "OUT". the person in front of me wanted a small chips, but they told her they couldn't give it to her as they only had large chip bags. the regular thing would be to, i dunno, portion some out for her in a large bag and charge her a small and go about the day? nope, pretty much told her pay a large bag or kick rocks. i made the unfortunate error of deciding to eat inside, didn't even get a tray because i'm assuming they were all dirty. steer clear from this chipotle.

Every time we order or come to this location the order is either missing something or wrong. The door to the kitchen is kept open and the kitchen looks dirty from the outside. The kitchen floor was all wet and there was lettuce. The staff seems like they don't care much about the clients orders either.
The lady rolled her eyes at me after I was polite to her. They were out of multiple ingredients and I was just treated terribly. Won’t come back to this location ever again

This is the worst chipotle location I have ever been to in my life. I have tried to go multiple times because it's near my work and easily accessible, but they never get the to go orders right they never have stock of anything, they make you wait in line to the door to find out when you get up to the front they are out of peppers, tomatoes , steak, corn, cheese and so on. Who is running this place, who is ordering?? Crazy!!!!!

The employees are not happy. They beg you to complain due to poor management. The location is dirty, pans stacked up, the food area is dirty and empty. I asked for the vinaigrette dressing and I was told it was not available. A lead person told me on the side that they would get one for me but she had to hide it… wow. We asked for a little more salsa and was told that management does not allow anymore than the little that was he already added. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had at a Chipotle. And the food was not seasoned, the rice was over cooked and sticky.

Terrible service!! I arrived at 8:30 pm and they had nothing, absolutely nothing and their hours are from 10:30 am to 11 pm!!!! What a disappointment! And none of the boys knew how to speak Spanish. Worse than in sawgrass ?
