The employees are not happy. They beg you to complain due to poor management. The location is dirty, pans stacked up, the food area is dirty and empty. I asked for the vinaigrette dressing and I was told it was not available. A lead person told me on the side that they would get one for me but she had to hide it… wow. Terrible service!! I arrived at 8:30 pm and they had nothing, absolutely nothing and their hours are from 10:30 am to 11 pm!!!! What a disappointment! And none of the boys knew how to speak Spanish. Worse than in sawgrass ?

this is easily the worst chipotle i've ever been in. i've eaten at mall chipotles better than this one. i don't expect great service from a fast casual obviously, but the state that this chipotle was in shows no one cares about this store from top to bottom. i arrived at around lunch time, and EVERY table was filthy. i literally mean EVERY, not figuratively or exaggerating. trash cans were comically overflowing, if i added my plate i'm sure it would an avalanche of trash...read full review
