“J’s Asian Street Food was an absolute delight to find during a recent trip to Tallahassee. We saw the great reviews online and it delivered. Service was top notch, drinks were perfectly crafted, and the food was tasty. We enjoyed a few appetizers, drinks, and entrees. The homemade bao was delicious, the wonton soup was a great starter, and the lettuce wraps were great. The ambience was impressive (see photos). We will definitely come here during our future trips.“
“Server had zero real recommendation or knew how to describe dishes we asked about prior to ordering. Wasn't very busy weeknight. As always the Tom Kha with shrimp was delicious and the sushi ? . The steak was slices if very thin roast, not what one would expect from menu or server, but it was tasty. Overall, I still like tha place and ther server tried her best, but needs some training on how to help with recommendation.“
“When I picked up the order I asked if chopsticks and low sodium soy sauce were in the bag. He said yes to both. Once I got to the car and checked the bag they were not there. No big deal, I’m still at the restaurant. But then I get home to find the sauce that goes with my Honey Walnut Shrimp was missing was a different kind of hurt. Now I’m back…I wonder if anything will be offered for the inconvenience. I guess it doesn’t really matter because I’ll be back for more great food. Just triple check my condiments and utensils.Update: I always hope my favorite places rise to the occasion and provides great customer service…Masa did.“
“The best ThaiTea ever - citrus maybe added(?)- very good!! We got the Volcano Roll - next time will ask them to leave out the tuna. I had Pad See Ew very good!!! Hubby had seafood Phad Thai - also very good!!Holly was our waitress - excellent, knowledgeable and attentive!! Would recommend and will be back!“
“First time at the Sunday Buffet and it was very good. Huge selection of food and some decent sushi (salmon and tuna). Service was very good. Only complaint is that imitation crab was used for the crab cakes. Dunno why sushi places use imitation crab……“
“I got the tofu and veggie hibachi with fried rice and noodles. I was able to get two full filling meals out of this and it was under $10. The quality was good and the taste was delicious. I ordered in house and took it to go and it was quick. I had a side of the spicy sauce and it was the perfect amount of spice and really enhanced the flavor because the tofu does not have much. I would definitely recommend this place and although you can eat at the restaurant, it is more of a to-go style place.“
“This place has super good and fresh poke bowls. Everytime the fish is tasty and there is a lot of options. They give you a ton of food. Also their tea is awesome. Boba milk is really good and the 4 seasons fruit tea is sweet and refreshing on a hot day. My wife and I love walking over and getting a tea or bowl for a quick break.Vegetarian options: You can build a veggie bowl with tofu.Parking: Pull up pay meter parking. It's best to walk over.“
