I been by hereva few times but never ate here. The atmosphere was really good. I, the person who served me, was really helpful. I had the build your own. I had romaine falafel. They forgot to put my eggplant and hummus in my bowl, but it was very good.
Though service can take a while depending on what time you go (need to prepare new food, a large line of people having to go step by step), The food is way more fulfilling than what has become of restaurants like Chipotle in recent times. There seems to be a stronger feeling of freshness and the food offers way more opportunities for customization. Car has a variety of options to choose from, and everything that I have had from them is so delicious and flavorful. The staff is friendly, and the environment is clean and peaceful. I will update my review with a picture soon. They have a lot of different options to include vegan as well.
