We looked up the hours of operation and saw this place was closed Monday and Tuesday but was open on Wednesday. We ordered three pizzas online (on Wednesday) and received a confirmation email giving us an exact time to pick up the pizza. When my husband went over to pick up our order, the restaurant was closed. He went over to Madison Social to figure out what was going on (since the restaurants are owned by the same people) and a lady just said there was nothing they could do. We were advised to call the company's number listed on the website and we were sent to an unmarked voicemail. Pathetic that we just dropped $57 for nothing and received zero help. This place should not have sent a confirmation email if they aren't operating. The hostess at Madison Social was insanely rude when we tried to figure out how to get a refund. I'm very disappointed.

Food is absolutely garbage. Ordered the chicken parm sub and the sauce was so cold that it hurt my tooth. It was basically a marinara sauce slushy. Not to mention the "chicken parm" is just basically 2 chicken tenders on some bread. If you're looking for decent Italian food this is not the place.

Food is alright, but the service here is absolute s**** Very entitled servers, wouldn't be surprised if they took the beverages off the bill to give themselves an extra tip. They know what they're doing and I know what they're doing. Apparently they think they're smart by waiting to see if I leave then bringing me a big bill instead of my exact change. Ya'll ever been to a restaurant that didn't have any change? I don't think so. Does a pretty face make you entitled to more than everyone else? No it doesn't, but since our society sometimes treats people this way I think they feel they should be qualified to have more freedoms. Definitely won't be back, maybe you should hire by personality instead of being shallow.

The atmosphere here is really nice, but it can get really crowded during the busier times. Only reasoning for the four stars is because the wait was a little long the last few times I've been here. Otherwise, the food was delicious! I got the stuffed chicken parm. It was cheesy in the middle and the chicken was tender with a nice sauce.

Adrian was the BEST server at Centrale!! He was so charismatic and made Centrale feel like home away from home. The way he poured our bottomless Bellinis was god-like. I appreciated the way he made me not feel d*** for putting my pizza plate holder upside down. 100000% will be returning if I can continue to have Adrian as a server!

I love this place! The food and drinks are awesome and they have some awesome happy hour deals. Definitely check out the brunch on the weekends too.
The three of us came in and was sat in a very dark spot by the door. After taking and delivering our drinks order, we ordered the meatballs and salad. It took a while for our food to come and when it did, I asked for extra sauce. We all dug in but all 3 of our plates had lukewarm food. We would have said something, but the waitress didn't come back to our table with the sauce for 10 minutes. By that time, we were half way done. She never refreshed our drinks. I had to go to the bar 2 times to get my water filled back up. When she finally brought our check, which we asked to have separated, it wasn't. She had to do it again. I gave her a $20 and she brought back 5 dollars. I asked for a receipt so I would know what to tip. She said ok but went outside to take care of another table. I asked her again when she came in the door and she said it was closed out. I told her I wanted my receipt. She had someone help her open the tab back up and printed it for me. When i looked at it, she actually owed me back $6.50 instead of 5. She just expected me to leave another tip on top of what she already took out. No wonder she didn't want to give me a receipt back. Luke warm food, bad table incompetent waitress not going back.

Our experience at Centrale was a complete HOT MESS. My young professionals group of approximately 20 people had our alumni and fellows come to socialize. Centrale lied and said our group had a contract signed when no one signed a contract. We literally called over the phone and confirmed with them that we were reserving a table for everyone to pay their own tab and they specifically said a minimum rate only applied to Monday- Friday reservations and we were holding this meetup on a Saturday. When the Bill's started arriving the server got very aggressive in stating that there was a contract signed for a $450 minimum and that the card on file would we charged the difference. This dragged out among FOUR employees including two managers, and in total they dragged our this wrap up and ruined our overall experience for 30 minutes before letting it go because they couldn't reach the employee who set up the reservation on the phone. The lack of professionalism is ASTONISHING. DO NOT host events here, we never will again.

The pizza is super good especially the white pie. the chicken parm was burnt and nothing crazy about it. however, the chicken parm that is in a sand-which is insane, definitely recommend. the mozzarella balls was nothing crazy either. the environment and location really makes this restaurant what it is! will be going back

Nate was the best! Made our experience so much fun in brunch! Breath of fresh air, super attentive and great conversation! Best staff they have. If you go to centrale, make sure Nate is your waiter. Super professional
