Adrian was the BEST server at Centrale!! He was so charismatic and made Centrale feel like home away from home. The way he poured our bottomless Bellinis was god-like. I appreciated the way he made me not feel d*** for putting my pizza plate holder upside down. 100000% will be returning if I can continue to have Adrian as a server!
The pizza is super good especially the white pie. the chicken parm was burnt and nothing crazy about it. however, the chicken parm that is in a sand-which is insane, definitely recommend. the mozzarella balls was nothing crazy either. the environment and location really makes this restaurant what it is! will be going back

The atmosphere here is really nice, but it can get really crowded during the busier times. Only reasoning for the four stars is because the wait was a little long the last few times I've been here. Otherwise, the food was delicious! I got the stuffed chicken parm. It was cheesy in the middle and the chicken was tender with a nice sauce.
