Stood at counter and was looked at at least 5x's but never acknowledged by the first 4 associates who looked at me then the 4th one finally asked if she could help me. Then I got a bacon egg and cheese wrap and holy cow it was so small. If I had known the size I would not of spent the money on it. The candied bacon and my Iced Pink Velvet Macchiatto was good
I visited my neighborhood Dunkin' today, and I was wowed by Trinity's excellent customer service. She went above and beyond for me. I was not feeling great, and she helped me with the app, and offered to walk with me to my car and carry my purchase!Karo and Alex were very sweet too. Thank you, Trinity, Karo, and Alex for making my visit very special!

I come to this location mostly everyday before going to work at night. I used to love getting the lattes a few months ago. Now, the lattes are made entirely wrong! Sometimes they are wayyy too sweet or wayyy too bitter. A manager needs to come help night shift with making coffee. I’m not sure what’s going on. I used to love getting my lattes from the girl that used to work night shift. Now it’s a full staff of boys and they do not know what they are doing. Please help them.
