I worked here as a backup job just to work here untill I could get back at where I used to work. This place is definitely the worst I have ever worked before like a 0 out of 10, the employees r super rude including to the customers , DO NOT WORK HERE OR GET FOOD FROM HERE, they always make the food wrong and drinks if you want to go somewhere to get food or drinks go to Starbucks they r 10000% better than this dunkin or go to the dunkin or Tennessee St they r better than this one also !!

Alyssa took my order and was so polite and kind. She gave everyone eye contact and a smile as she took their order and I got my coffee within 2 min of being there even though the drive through line was very long

Overall this Dunkin is pretty good but this experience has reminded me that they can also be pretty bad. A lot of their workers are very nice and make good coffee but times like this, where my coffee came without whip crème and toppings (which are extra) and another coffee that was mostly ice and milk, shows me that some of the workers don’t do as good a job as other. I’d recommend going in the morning/afternoon. At those times the measurements and quality are much better, making other times seem like dunkin’ workers aren't held to a standard system of fulfilling orders.

what an absolutely fantastic experience! joshua was such a kind and efficient worker he had our food ready and waiting for us as soon as we got to the window and his positive attitude and gleaming smile really was so refreshing to see on a wednesday morning? I am visiting from Texas. Decided to stop by a different Dunkin' doughnuts from my last review. I went to the drive thru. Was greeted very nicely by Danielle over the speaker. She was very please as I met her at the drive thru window. Was greeted with the biggest smile. I complimented her and she said, she just wants to make my day, it's Friday". My bagels are tasty and my tea is perfect! Thank you Danielle for your above and beyond customer service!!!
They are always wonderful to see! Start my morning there every morning for school, great to see first thing in the morning for sure ?
