Alyssa took my order and was so polite and kind. She gave everyone eye contact and a smile as she took their order and I got my coffee within 2 min of being there even though the drive through line was very long
Overall this Dunkin is pretty good but this experience has reminded me that they can also be pretty bad. A lot of their workers are very nice and make good coffee but times like this, where my coffee came without whip crème and toppings (which are extra) and another coffee that was mostly ice and milk, shows me that some of the workers don’t do as good a job as other. I drive all the way to this location for the snackin bacon because they’re the only ones who have perfected it. Please teach N Monroe near Tallahassee Mall and Thomasville Rd at Cap Cir!!!! ???
