It would be nice to have more updated accurate times of when they’re actually open and closed since it says they close at 9 but the doors are locked at 8:45 and they ignore people by the doors and hangout in the back. 28 May 24. Will come back in future to update review.

I love jersey mikes but this location must hire anybody! I’ve tried the drive thru several times and NEVER got serviced to the point where I know to not even attempt it anymore. When I asked about it I was told “they’re too busy and understaffed to tend to it & that it isn’t their priority. I tried giving it another chance by starting to go inside and even then I got the WORST customer service. Employees are sooooooo rude and very short with the customers. The only positive thing that I have to say is the food is good but it sucks that you have to deal with terrible service just to get it.

I normally don’t leave reviews but I needed to address this. This is the second time I’ve come into this store at night and placed and order for a BIG KAHUNA CHICKEN and have received a BIG KAHUNA CHEESESTEAK. I DON’T EAT BEEF so this is an annoying dilemma for me!! Your cooks need to do better in listening. I have paid twice for food I DON’T EAT and because I don’t live near this store it’s been a loss for me!!

Tallahassee has not fill me again. I normally don't eat at Jersey Mike's due to the fact that they don't serve real Philly steaks. Yet as what I've always said customer services always the number one Foundation of all restaurants in stores. Me and my daughter walked into a empty store with two employees you're not greet us or even try to take our order. We stand there for 5 minutes with no greeting and no one trying to help us. To me that is customer service lack of.

My family and I love Jerseys and visit frequently. Today we went for dinner around 6:30pm, upon walking in we saw an employee just sitting in the lobby chillin. He told us they were out of bread, no subs, and that he started his shift at 5pm and didn't have time to make any, so he was just turning people away and riding the clock. I know that can't be good for the owners business. We will still visit in the future, but thought you guys should know what's going on at the Southwood branch.

The sandwich was sloppy looking just like the dude that made it with the dreads sticking up in the air with his draws showing. I don’t mean to be rude, but My big kahuna was oily and burnt, not to mention he didn’t put banana peppers like I asked, and the cheese was on 1/3 of the sub.I ordered a Philly cheese dude not a roast beef sandwich. I hate when the first 2 inches of the sub on both ends is like bitting into bread on bread. Wasn’t even proportioned. Thanks for killing my crave. I’m good off jersey mikes for a minute now thanks to sloppy Joe. Ride the extra 7 minutes and go to another jersey mikes because they mad at life over there and you still got 2 hours until close with no bread left. Bad enough experience to leave a review

Went in to grab a bite to eat during FAMU homecoming weekend. The staff was friendly and efficient. One thing I can tell you is they don’t sub meat!

Y'all put the pick up rack back up inside the store so we don't have to wait around in a line and then get told rudely to skip everyone and walk up to the check out register.

I went in to this location with my family, and I was treated horribly by Jazz. I ordered 5 subs, there were 4 workers. When I started the order there were NO OTHER people around or ordering. Jazz rudely and repeatedly told me and my mom that we should have ordered online. She also insinuated how unhappy she was by sighing and slamming things down. I questioned her about the online ordering, she said this was something that management was telling them to do with “large” orders. Again, I ordered 5 subs and there were 4 people working, I would not classify that as a “large” order especially since there was no one behind me until the first two subs were already made.You don’t go to a place of business where you are giving them money to be treated rudely. Jazz was rude, and I will not be coming back to this location as a result. One person makes all the difference in your experience, and while the other people were not rude, unfortunately Jazz completely marred my experience of this place.

I was disappointed in the sub in a bowl. It looks really good but it wasn’t. I ordered the Italian but in a bowl and the meats were flavorless. Maybe it was just a bad batch.When I walked in a man working there seemed to be very unhappy working. He would yell across the building and he would not look at me when I answered his questions.Parking: Parking shared with McDonalds.
