My daughter attempted to place an order via the app and received an error code, placed an order online and never received confirmation. When calling the store to confirm the order an extremely rude man answered that he was making the food and hadn’t pressed “the button “ to confirm the order. He told her to “ go ahead and head this way if you want to” Extremely rude same man was yelling “what do you want? What’s your email confirmation? I don’t have anything for you” when she arrived. The other 2 customers and 1 employee seemed very uncomfortable and so was my daughter. After finally retrieving the order and arriving home, I called the store to ask the name of the two store employees. The phone was answered by an aggressively rude man who said my name is Pete, why ? I’m a black man Peter Ridman(sp?) II why was he rude? And I said “yes extremely “ to which he hung upI frequent this location as it is close to home- I’ll make my own sandwiches

I eat here regularly. They are very quick, kind, and reliable. I am typically in and out of the restaurant within my 30 minute break. Plus, if you're in the rewards program you save a lot in the long run. I recommend getting a combo (medium drink, w/ cookie/chips) to save more. The jalapeno chips are personally my favorite.Parking: My only heads up is the parking lot for the whole plaza is frightening (but that's more to do with the location). I recommend parking next door at the chicken place to avoid the tight parking spots and minimal turn radius if you have a truck or van.Dietary restrictions: They are very accommodating on dietary restrictions, and will change gloves between sandwiches. If you are gluten intolerant I recommend getting the "unwich" version of your sandwich. It will come on lettuce versus bread.
My order has been messed up multiple times here. I ordered no lettuce no tomato EXTRA onion EXTRA hot peppers, 3 hot peppers per sub half and no onions... :(

Jimmy John's is a chain with a fairly established and focused menu, meat and cheese sandwiches. If you're expecting a Michelin Star meal keep moving. If you want a good sandwich, prepared quickly and had for a reasonable price then this is your place. I've patronized this location numerous times and the service has been friendly and my order has always been fulfilled correctly. What more could you ask for?
