I did a pickup up order and after 40 minutes of waiting, the restaurant canceled the order because they had “5 tables walk in and the kitchen couldn’t handle it.” When I called to ask where the order was, they just nonchalantly said “sorry but you’ll have to contact Uber for a refund”. When I told him that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again, he said “that’s ok”. Customer service goes a long way….none here.

Ate here a couple of times and the food is inconsistent. We tried it once a couple of months ago and it was good… tried it today and it was horrible. The pad thai was horrendous, it tasted like someone mixed it with ketchup and left it out in the fridge for a couple of days. The egg rolls were disgusting. I dont know if it was not somebody’s day today while cooking but I am not coming back to this place. The food is disappointing at best. For the amount spend on this food, you would expect that at least 80% of the food is good. Absolutely unacceptable.

When I picked up the order I asked if chopsticks and low sodium soy sauce were in the bag. He said yes to both. Once I got to the car and checked the bag they were not there. No big deal, I’m still at the restaurant. But then I get home to find the sauce that goes with my Honey Walnut Shrimp was missing was a different kind of hurt. Now I’m back…I wonder if anything will be offered for the inconvenience. I guess it doesn’t really matter because I’ll be back for more great food. Just triple check my condiments and utensils.Update: I always hope my favorite places rise to the occasion and provides great customer service…Masa did.
I had high expectations for Mass because of the reviews. I order sushi, salad, and pad Thai. The salad was fine but the dressing isn’t enough so you are eating the salad mostly dry. Eating rice balls is the perfect example for the sushi I ordered. I noticed in the pictures on the reviews, the rice is so thick. The pad Thai tasted like pickled pig feet and didn’t match the picture online. I am truly disappointed in the food. :(

We went for an early dinner last week. Alec was our server, and he was absolutely wonderful! The sushi, as always, was fabulous. For my entrée, I had seriously the BEST coconut curry I have ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!! Not only was the texture and flavor absolutely perfect, it was a large enough portion for me to have for two more meals the next day. Thank you, Masa, for another great and memorable meal.

just had my bday dinner here and it was amazing! service was efficient and friendly, food came out quickly and tasted wonderful —the ribeye melted in my mouth and portions were huge for the price—and overall ambience was very relaxed and inviting. perfect restaurant if you’re looking for something relatively casual and classy. will be returning for a date night soon!

This place is my #1 go to now. The food was A-MAZING. The service is excellent JADE our waitress stayed on top of EVERYTHING. The food is exquisite and well worth the money. It wakes every taste bud up in your mouth. The sushi is made to order. I recommend everything on the menu everything. The prices were very reasonable. The place was clean. The management LOGAN was very welcoming. Now I see why they have so many awards. OMG THE Desserts are amazing. I couldn’t put it in there because I didn’t eat it at the restaurant but when I got home I nearly died. SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS I’m on my way back. AMAZINGParking: There is parking in the front and parking in the back.
I have had great food and service here in the past, but came in last night with a couple of friends it wasn't where I wanted to go but the food has been great in the past and the price is a little high for me. We were sat at a table that leaned so at first the drinks started sliding and one hit the floor and spilled on the people next to us. Apps came and I ordered a salad and first it came not like I ordered and the server went back and got a another. I cut up the long cucumbers, I don't know how the expect you to eat those without cutting them up and then mixed in my dressing and using chopstix started eating, after the second bite I kept chewing and chewing and the texture was strange and I was trying to swallow but couldn't and I stuck my fingers in my mouth and pulled out the object that was part of a commerical type rag or heavy duty napkin and I was in shock after that, and thankful that I didn't choke to death. I told the server and he took the dish away and said it would be removed from my check, at which point I didn't even want to be there anymore much less want a check. I know I shouldn't expect emphathy but it was awful and I doubt I will ever go back. Please be careful if you go there...money seems more important there.
