Upon entering we were greeted and given details on how the ice cream was made and which ones included gluten, which I avoid. There is a lot more than ice cream here, and it's all beautifully handmade in a compact space at Lake Ella. After selecting our flavors, we sat outside enjoying Barb's delicious homemade ice cream, vanilla and strawberry. My husband said, "she makes good ice cream." Indeed, she does.
Barbs fudge was phenomenal, it just melted in my mouth. I can't belive I waited so long to come here. The chocolate chip cookie was good as well.She has a nice selection of sweets for everyone, be sure to check it out.

So this place is suuuuuper cute! I want to visit again when I'm not in a super rush and can just sit and take in the art and history. I had no idea when I entered that it was black-owned. I had the pistachio ice cream with pistachio brittle in a small sugar cone. It was refreshing and tasty and one scoop was more than enough. I believe Miss Barb herself served me and she had a little sassy demeanor that I couldn't help but be amused by. I'll definitely return to try more soon...read full review
