“The food was fine but my experience with the young man working the drive through was fabulous. I have never had anyone at a McDonalds be so friendly and polite. I tend to avoid McDonalds because the employees barely acknowledge patrons. I was there on there on the morning of 3/21 around 8:30“
“This was the best service I've had at a McD's in a long time. I ordered inside, and they were friendly, quick, and everything was hot. I only waited a short time since the drive-thru was busy. The manager even handled a phone call very professionally while I was paying for my food.“
“When we first moved to Tallahassee around two years ago, service here was pretty rough. In the last year or so, though, I've come to rely on this location for one breakfast and one lunch a week. I always order on mobile and pick up at the counter, I'd recommend most do the same if you aren't in a rush. The staff are always courteous and the food is generally solid.“

“I call this Club McDonald's, after 10pm it's hopping and always packed. the staff keeps their cool and delivers. they are always friendly and professional. the location is clean, the good music is always playing and the best part the shake machine is always up and running! I will continue to stop by after work for my chicken nugget meal and chocolate shake. I tip my hat to the 3rd shift staff of club McDonald's. “For a McDs, this visit was top notch. Everything was exact, nothing left out, all condiments and ample napkins in the bag and my fries were fresh, hot and perfectly salted.Kid-friendliness: McDs is not what it used to be. Kids don't really get excited about it like they once did.“

“Business was good, Customer Service was superior and everything was made to order: McGriddle, Hashbrown and French Vanilla Ice Coffee with extra French Vanilla and a Syrup. The Owner was present, training and rolled up His sleeves and hashed out the orders, exemplifying leadership and character, encouraging the Management and Crew Members of Sterling and Stellar Service. This was the North Monroe and Tharpe Street area store.“
“A very high quality McDonald's. The staff and service was exemplary food was delivered hot fresh and fast. And the employees were very courteous and friendly and do their jobs without any issues at all. Everything is kept clean and neat and tidy including the bathrooms it's just a big plus.“
“Not sure what everyone's talking about, I came inside and my order came fresh and surprisingly fast. Only issue is that the shake machine seems to always be down, but that's just about every McDonald's. Maybe y'all just don't want to use the kiosk lol.“
“The experience today was not great! I usually enjoy the food, but not today. The chicken nuggets were way overcooked. I ate them because I was on a time constraint. Also, the Hi-C orange drink was very watered down. The fries were not crispy like the usually are. And there were some machines beeping loudly for almost the entire time we were there eating. Finally, right before we left, someone turned them off. It was very annoying that whatever was beeping, the employees just kept letting it beep. I also don't like that they took the drink machine away. We had to go to the counter to get a refill. Instead of filling the cup given to us, they gave us a new cup. That seems like a waste. One of the employees had an earbud in his ear. Which could have caused him to not hear when we were talking to him about the drink refill. I was very disappointed in our experience last night.“
