I love Panera a lot I go there whenever I can and I like the people that work there if I could I'd give it 5 stars BUT do not order a large late online because every time you go in thinking you'll get a 20oz late it will be a 16oz cup without fail. Idk if its a system issue but as a person who works customer service and food I myself would at least honor the fact the customer payed extra for the 20oz cup and make sure they get what they ordered. Ordered BLT + chicken noodle soup. Soup was VERY salty and the crust on the BLT almost sent me to the dentist. Service was great, speed was great, atmosphere was great. Would go again.

They charge $3.29 for bacon to be added to the Mac and cheese and they always barely give you anything (there has been multiple times where I’ve gotten less than this). Kinda ridiculous to charge that much extra and give so little.
