“Outside sitting and brunch... simple, small and easy going Sweet Pea sits just off the street. Order at the counter and they will bring it out to you in short order. I choose the "tofuevos ranchero", which was quite delish and very filling. Tofu scramble with rice beans and tomato on two corn tortillas. The cumin was a bit strong for my preference, but it was still a good start to my day. They were out of a few things I would liked to have tried, but this is a small and vegan focused place. Most enjoyable was sitting outside on a warm winter morning enjoying a good meal.“

Which in this case consists of a full oyster mushrooms cluster breaded in a home made batter and fried to near perfection.The cluster does a great job at giving the meaty chew and mouth feel of a girthy sandwich. The batter tastes authentic to that which you'd find on a Texas style blooming onion.The fries were flavorful and well seasoned, Albeit cold by the time I ate them. But that's the downside to takeout with fried foods.The only negative comes from personal preferences, while the fig ginger glaze was tasty, it was too sweet for me and seemed to make the sandwich a bit bland in contrast. “Food was very good (lamb was tender and flavorful), and service was excellent (thank you, Willborn!). The curry spice blend was tasty and the garlic naan had a healthy quantity of garlic slices. Appetizer plus main meal had both of us too full to try dessert, maybe next time we're in town!“
