Clean, small location, with nice outdoor area.Food: not hot, not cold, just middling.Very impersonal experience. Can only order from (currently dirty) kiosks. The only time I talked to anyone was when they called my name for pickup. It took 15 minutes after ordering to receive my food, and there were only 2 names ahead of me on the board. While employees seemed to be working, they were not "hurried", and I didn't feel a good sense of customer service.I'm hoping this is just a beta site for the kiosks. I will probably not return there if I can only interact with an impersonal kiosk. Much better service at other locations in Tallahassee.

Probably the nicest Wendy's in Florida. Small area to eat inside but they have a nice outdoor patio. Always busy but the workers are polite and get you served.

Food was mediocre. The English muffin with stale and I threw it out after one bite. The breakfast potatoes they were lukewarm. The drive-through cashier didn't say sorry when she dropped my card outside the window.

Lady in the drive-through as rude and claimed they were out of cheese and spoons... then slammed the window in my face. she also overcharged me for my meal.

The manager mess my food order up ,, So when I got to work I notice it and call them and got no answer after 4 calls,, So I returned up there the next day and the system was down ,, so I waited til my next work day to return the food I didn’t eat and she treated me like a person who wanted free food but I just wanted the I ordered the previous week ,, then she told me I should’ve called knowing they don’t answer the phone at all,,, Don’t know her name because nobody answers the phone,, but she’s an old white lady and I will be speaking with her boss soon ,, Horrible experience

Nightmarish experience. Sunday 1pm. Cannot order using a coupon at the kiosks. Cannot order in person in the store. Was told to use the drive thru. The car in front of me ordered and I pulled up next. Waited five minutes. 2 cars got behind me. Waited 10 minutes. 2 more cars got in line. Waited 15 minutes. 2 more cars got in line. Went to the window and looked inside. No employees to be seen anywhere. Left in disgust. What's worse than horribly bad service? It is no service at all. I blame the owners not the employees. I will never go back and will tell everyone not to eat there.

Kiosks only for ordering. A woman only had cash, they wouldn't take her order, and she left. New build. No atmosphere. Slippery floor by beverage dispenser, very dangerous! AND THEY WERE OUT OF LETTUCE FOR LUNCH! "No salads"... What???

Came here on my lunch break in a big work truck. Came in side to place order the lady said that there system was down in the lobby and we had to go thru drive thru. I stated that I can’t go through drive she said well I can’t take your order. That’s a shame on Wendy’s Management bc if they are willing to lose business over an employee not wanting to take orders from the same register that they would if I was in the drive thru. Management needs to be trained better on business.

Dirty bathrooms, slow service, outta of products . We entered our own order, lots of staff not busy. Once the food was ready, we are told they are out of chocolate frosty which we already paid for. Not impressed with this location at all.
