Their salmon is cooked perfectly the right size, too, sweet potato noodles to die for and top off the kale slaw and that is my go to on each visit! But now let’s talk about their friendly staff! From Day 1, no matter who waits on me is always pleasant and I usually have my favorites; here, there are many I just met the new General Manager, Justin Schwartz, I have to mention how I met him. I was speaking to a Team Member on the line when I overheard someone earshot away answering my question about the salmon. To my surprise he overheard me and chimed in to let me know how they rotate the salmon often and we hit it off right away. The team members: Caleb and Samantha and most others have been so hospitable they are definitely doing something right here. We continue to come frequently too many to mention so this will suffice! “Wow. I seriously mean, wow. I had to collect myself to properly give a review of this restaurant. From the beginning we were greeted with warm and inviting smiles. We were given three types of menus, it had a plethora of choices and one by one my eyes lit up like a kid on Christmas. I couldn’t believe that they had vegan sushi! My heart went immediately for a roti pizza called Mystic Pizza. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a vegan place in SoFlo. My wife ordered the jack fruit and the flavors were brilliantly done. I could taste not only the love but the soul of the seasonings. We were extremely delighted with every we tried. Then a gentleman that works there, handed us an all natural fruit smoothie sample and I was impressed. Honestly the food is impressive and so are the people that provide the service. The service is a tad slow but that is because everything is made from scratch and the servings are huge. I did not mind the wait especially since the reward was worth every bite. The service is amazing. You must try the gigantic cinnamon bun large enough for 3 people. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but the coffee is smooth and not acidic at all, I enjoyed 2 cups, hubby had 4. The homemade English muffins were extra-large, fresh, and tasty. This is a must for all of us and would be quite a gesture as we support our neighborhood eateries. Laurie does all of the baking at the facility and her husband Tony is the man behind the delicious meals. We plan to return and plan to try the smothered home fries. You can either order from the counter when you walk in, or order from your table and pay after at the counter. I had a chai latte that was creamy and dreamy. My friend had an expresso with frothed milk that she enjoyed. We both had omelettes. You have a choice of home fries or fruit, and a toast option. The omelettes were plentiful, for a matter of fact my friend couldn't finish hers. I finished mine because I'm a foodie and a yelpie of course! As you see in my photo, we went with the fruit. The fruit was fresh and abundant. This place isn't close to my home, however I will most certainly come back to relax here and enjoy something delicious! They have a massive board with all of what they offer over the counter. They have hot and cold coffees, tea and smoothies. They have pastries and hot food, so pretty much everyone can find something that they will enjoy! The restaurant has been open for 10 years. Boy have I been missing out!
