“I’ve already eaten it and am now writing this review, lol. I live by the shop, but it’s pouring buckets out here and they still got my order to me quickly. The only thing is, on the order tracker it didn’t show that the food was out for delivery. I had to yell to the delivery driver from the bathroom window to leave it on the step because I was still in the shower.“

The burger was excellent as were the fries. The spouse opted for the Rooster sandwich along with a very delicious mac n’ cheese. Service was prompt and very friendly. Their patio was a very comfortable spot to enjoy everything. Moved to Broward 6 months ago & were pleased to add another restaurant find to our list. After getting home, the GM Tim texted me to say that they had my wallet which I didn’t know that I had lost. Everything was returned to me safe & sound. When you pull into their parking slots, the phrase “Be Nice” is printed on each of the concrete slabs. Well these guys are, from the food all the way down to the staff. We’ll be back.“

“This is a one man operation and the owner is great. If you ever read a review on here saying he is not friendly, you need to keep in mind that he is running it by himself. He doesn’t have time to coddle your ego. And by the way, I found him to be endearing. He runs his business the way he needs to by having you fill out a sheet and then he freshly slices all the meat. Expect to wait as he can only do so much.Now, onto the review. The sandwiches are huge, taste fantastic and he uses quality ingredients. We ate our two subs for days. It tasted even better the next day. Highly recommend getting the kitchen sink and the Italian. We can’t wait to come back and try all the other options you have. I was greeted by William who actually went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, along with his manager Eddie. I always order the Grilled Chicken King Club which comes on wheat bread, bacon, spring mix, tomato, sharp cheddar, Swiss, mayo, and honey mustard. The flavors just bursts in my mouth! This comes with a pickle and a side. They have so many to choose from; my favorites are the broccoli/ cheddar soup or the red beans/rice.They have plenty of seating in there. Our toddler had pasta with tomatoes & shrimp which she loved and that we also found excellent. Good local wine. Helpful explanations from the waiter about the food and wines. We found the location great, overlooking the central plaza. Very lively, kids playing, kept our toddler entertainment thru out our 5+ course menus.“

“Love Laspada's Original Hoagies!! This location does not disappoint. The fresh sliced meats are piled high on their delicious fresh bread. You can add your favorite veggies to create your personal favorite sub. You better be hungry because these subs are huge and very filling. I also really like all the choices of the dirty chips that they offer. They have individual sized bags but also have larger options on some flavors which is great when you're buying for 3 or more people. Everyone that works there always seems to be in a good mood. The place is clean despite always being busy. I'm so glad there is a location close to me as we used to go to the one in Davie but have since moved north. “Great tuna salad. Tuna was finely chopped which was different than what I am used to but it was good. Also- cafe con leche- double shot- delish. Man behind counter was friendly and accommodating. “Working in the area and decided to grab a bite and after seeing the reviews I said let’s check this place out. We walked in and were immediately greeted by one of the gentleman working. We were able to meet the owner and he was a really nice man. Good sense of humor and he can COOK!!! There’s plenty of seating area and good variety of choices in the menu. I ordered the chicken Parmesan and the wife ordered the california chicken wrap. The bread was super fresh, the sauce was AMAZING and the portions are perfect. The owners son took some time to speak with us and sadly they are closing at the end of the year. The oatmeal cookies are the best I’ve even had. Everything is made fresh and nothing is frozen. We loved it and will definitely be back before they close. Excellent place to eat breakfast or lunch.“

I often order the honey turkey, all around quality! The subs average about $12 for a 12 inch, trust me, they pack so much meat in the sub, two people can eat from it! It does not disappoint. I was not in "food critic mode" so I didn't take pictures, but when I tell you the food was bussin'?! Believe me. I was doing my happy food dance and my hunger was thoroughly satisfied. I got a potato with steak, mushrooms, onions, and peppers. The potato was softy and perfectly cheesy, the steak and mushrooms were seasoned and cooked to perfection, the onions and peppers were caramelized, and a hefty portion of meat was on my plate.
