Barksdale Catering made our wedding day unforgettable! From the moment we booked them, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Delicious food, beautiful presentation, caring and thoughtful customer service. Cindy genuinely cares about her customers and works hard to make all events special. She was very helpful in planning and provided great suggestions for menu options. I got many, many compliments on the food from our party guests. Don't skip the charcuterie board - it's impressive! Barksdale Catering never disappoints.

Cindy did the most wonderful job!! My daughter wanted a very low key wedding, however I wanted it to be perfect! We put all the food in their hands, down to the wedding cake!! I cannot say enough good! She always returned my calls within minutes, when I was going crazy! The food was delicious!! Really better that delish if that is possible!! Very highly recommend!!
