Missing flavors, I asked for sprinkles and the worker basically did not know how put sprinkles on a cone. No receipt as register was out of paper. No attempt to add paper. Trash overflowing. Management needs to train better

Partially my fault for giving this location so many chances. It is on my way to work so out of pure convenience I sometimes stop by. Several times I have pre-ordered and paid for items then told that they were out of stock and given some other item, that I did not want. I have asked for refunds but never received anything.
