My recent visit to this Chick-fil-A was an infuriating and deeply disappointing experience that left me seething with anger. The utter lack of respect and empathy shown towards my elderly father was nothing short of disgraceful. Despite his simple request for an extra side of chicken for his salad, the workers not only misunderstood but proceeded to incorporate the chicken directly into the salad, making him feel stupid and insignificant. Their dismissive attitude and failure to rectify the situation only fueled my fury. It's utterly unacceptable that in a supposedly customer-centric establishment, such blatant disregard for basic courtesy and understanding is tolerated. Chick-fil-A should be ashamed of the unprofessionalism displayed by its staff and the management's failure to address this appalling behavior. Moving forward, I demand better treatment for all patrons and a sincere effort to instill empathy and respect in every interaction.

This Chick-fil-A is always clean, right down to the parking lot being swept a few times a day! The staff is always very friendly and courteous and welcoming.

Less Expensive fix

I am a driver for Uber Eats after 9:00 they close the lobby and we have to go through to the drive-thru but if there is no delivery there if the food missing item driver will be missing time to the drive-thru and wasting 10 to 15 minutes or maybe 20 minutes to receive $0 Chick-fil-A been using the system thinking will be making more money but driver will be missing money because of the policy from now we cancel order after 9:00 will not receive any order from Chick-fil-A hopefully all the drivers stopped canceling orders after 9:00 don't go to the drive-thru We've been wasting your time

I ordered online, s ia m not able to leave for lunch restaurant is less than 2 miles to delivery address, order was not correct, forgot cheese on sandwich asked for ketchup didn't get any, food was ice cold. Ordered 2 drinks recieved 1 straw.

My family and I had a great experience today. The person who helped us was courteous and friendly. All of our food and drinks were delicious!Parking: It is free and plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: There was an area for kids to play and go down a slide.

It's Chick-fil-A man..quick, BUT YET oddly efficient via first job ever kids working the front. My tenders were so hot it's crazy! Good stuff!!

Last night our car battery died in the parking lot while we were trying to get in the drive-thru line to order food. Their employee, Sydney (long blonde hair) not only offered to jumpstart our car but also rang in our order a minute past closed since we weren't able to make it through the drive-thru in time. We would have been stranded without her, and cannot thank her enough.

Well this is the fourth time I ever visited this Chick-fil-A store on Gandy Boulevard and all four times they messed up my order. It's been a year now so I figured I'd give them one more chance and they screwed it up again. I ordered a simple chicken sandwich, tortilla soup, and milkshake. I get home and they give me a chicken soup. The girl in the Drive-Thru screwed it up. This particular store is such a joke because they can't get anything right.
