I got the bulgogi (“ginger beef,” I think it was called, but bulgogi lovers will appreciate the tender texture and lively flavor of this build-your-own-bowl add-in); brown rice; kale/quinoa mix; kim chi and roasted carrots. Stopped by for a bite to eat for lunch while in the area and this is definitely a spot I will come back to again. The service is great for being quick service restaurant, I was recommended the miso salmon bowl and I was not disappointed.The crispy Brussels sprouts were the highlight, along with the sweet potato mash. Honestly I love Bull Market! They are a great local family run option. I love their endless selection to mix and match for a unique bowl every time. You can't go wrong with their yam noodles and sweet potato mash! I usually order to go but every once in a while I will dine in, which is a nice change of pace because their interior is relaxing with dim lights and feels bodega-ish.
