We went here on 05/14/2023 for dinner and we will most definitely be back. The best pizza we ever had in Florida and the crust is thin so it’s not as filling and making you stuffed. Our server was fast, attentive, and checked on us throughout our experience. The two photos listed in this review is what we ordered. The hot oil does have a kick to it but we enjoyed it.
Had lunch there with a long time good friend I used to work with from MacDill AFB. We spoke to Kelsey the Manager. My friend still works at the base on the Flightline, and is in charge of setting up for the upcoming airshow. We saw that Colony has a food truck and he invited them to participate in the airshow.

Being a Connecticut Resident for 50 years, I was so happy to know they opened a Colony grill in Tampa. It was just as good as back home. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend.
