Annie was such a sweetheart! She had patience, got my large order right, the food was hot and fresh. Angela was a peach as well because of their amazing customer service I will definitely visit again. I visited another location on Hillsborough about 10 minutes away and I was waiting to be seated for over 20 minutes they didn’t even acknowledge me or say give me a minute that’s why I ended up at this location I’m glad I came here. Excellent experience
I had the Sampler Platter. The fries, chicken, and onion rings were good and flavorful. The mozzarella sticks and the ranch, however, are a different story. The mozzarella sticks were dry and tasteless. The ranch? That wasn't ranch. That "ranch" was completely tasteless. If you didn't watch yourself dip your food into the ranch, you wouldn't even know that it was there. Also, the smell where my family and I sat was not very appealing. Staff is overworked and underpaid. I went for the 6.99 Grand slam. It took an hour, the food was wrong but they didn't have time to check up on us. At least the hostess was cute. No wait there wasn't a hostess either.
