“I have never done this before, but the clerk who worked the evening shift on 10/28/2024 is so outrageously attractive I can't possibly she will be there very long before a modeling agency whisks her away!

“It’s 6:30 in the morning on Valentines Day 2025 and I’m on my way to work. I need a coffee. I didn’t know dunkin was open at 5 o’clock bless them. The lady that served me was cheery, polite, patient and not smarmy. She called me maa’m. I’m nearly 70 so addresses like honey, sugar, sweetie do not go down well with me when I am being served by someone who is young enough to be my granddaughter. It was quick, I guess not too many people were being served as early as 630 but I found it most enjoyable and wanted to say so. Thank you lady who served me on Valentine’s Day. 2025.

“Dunkin was the best! It was right after I got baptized and my daughter & Aunt came atw from St.Petersburg,Fl, and my daughter (17) knew exactly what to order. This delicious drink with vitamins & caffeine! -I got the berry , she got the peach!!And the croissant sandwiches-So yummy!!Everything was clean& great service!“

“I love this Dunkin donuts as it seems out of all the locations I've gone to this tiny Dunkin location seems to have the best staff that are very friendly and helpful,and their drinks, coffees,lattes,cold brews,frozen drinks always taste the best to me,lol! “This Dunkin is only a 3 minute drive from my house and I’m so thankful that the service is amazing! I come here for an iced coffee more than I would like to admit, generally in the morning, and know I can always count on quick and correct service. There are 2 women in particular that are not only super nice but keep that drive thru line moving! “The drive thru lady was really nice in assisting me in understanding what I could order with my reward. She was great. However this drink was not! I don’t like frozen drinks and it was my first time trying Dunkin. It’s unfortunate that I can’t get something else with this reward. I don’t like this at all. So much for my coffee fix this morning.“

“This is a very small franchise however the customer service was excellent by the two staff members working at the time. They were very friendly helpful and our food and drinks were perfect. I'd definitely stop there again when I'm in the area!“

“I recently stopped by the location and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had placed an order through the app but didn't know they were only doing thru pickup which had a long line. A staff member came to the lock door, let me know the process and asked for my name. She then came back with my order and helped me avoid the long line. I very much appreciated it.“

“They accidentally gave us two of the same thing instead of something we ordered and let us keep it and replaced the item they forgot. Most food places would have just thrown it away when returned... So I commend them for that and for promptly fixing our order. We did not have to wait long at all and they let us order more stuff at the window very quickly. Would recommend.

“I’ve lived in this neighborhood almost 10 years and I used to avoid this location, because of the staff, but they have the most amazing staff as of the last few years and management has really picked this place up! I come through the drive through every morning, they always remember my name and provide the best food and service. Now it’s one of my favorite locations in Tampa ?“

“Before I went to this location I looked at reviews and found many negative reviews. I'm wondering why that is. I walked in, the cashier greeted me immediately all the while taking drive thru orders. She didn't skip a beat. She was attentive to me while I was making my decision and answered questions I had. Im just sorry that I didn't get her name. She did very well. Great job ladies

“This is honestly my favorite Dunkin location! I pass two other Dunkin's on may way into work and will only go to this one. My orders are always correct, the food is hot/fresh and their sweet tea is really good. They do get really busy so the drive thru line can be a little backed up sometimes but everyone is always working hard and very pleasant/friendly attitudes!“

“I recently discontinued going to this DD's location due to service, and lack of inventory. I'm glad I gave the store another chance the customer service, inventory is at it's best. They have improved drastically, the lattes taste better and the baked items are made fresher.

“This Sunday @0648 am, we went through the drive thru, and we were greeted with a wonderful employee who had some pep in her step! She was a delight to interact with early in the morning. The whole transaction took less than 1 minute...I was shook! It was the fastest in and out we ever experienced! We highly recommend this Dunkin location for your donut fix before church!“

“I always come here because it's close to my job ,and I noticed that lately the place has been so much better!! Drive thru goes quickly, the staff has definitely brought their A game!! I asked the girl at the window what's different ? she said we got a new Manager so I asked to speak to the manager the sweetest,happiest woman came to the window .I told her whatever you're doing keep doing it. “I've been coming here since they opened. I love this location. The store is one of the best in the area (for me). I always get greeted with pleasant people. Yes the line can be long at times but I've never sat more than 15 minutes in the drive thru. Anyway good store good staff.“

“Holy moly, was dunkin' donuts crowded just a day or two after hurricane Milton destroyed our area.
They also had the only working Wi-Fi internet in the area at the time The place was swamped inside and out.
Since my friend Larry was already there on the computer I decided to stop in The place was super hot on the inside like their AC was off but I placed an order online and was able to pick it up at the front counter and sit down and eat Man it was hot I didn't stay long but the place had plenty of seating and very very happy crowds of people consuming donuts sandwiches and lots of coffee Great spot if you want to have internet and food don't miss it it's right on bears avenue“

“Went through the drive-thru got my two items the worker at the speaker was courteous and very understanding and repeated my order no attitude or anything just a pleasant person at the window and at the speakerphone. My meal was warm done the way that I wanted it and handed over with a smile.

“This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same“

“This Dunkin' Donuts is in a gas station, and they remodeled it, so it's more of a drive-thru and kiosk order only. It's hard to see what is actually available, and the staff is sometimes busy with the drive thru. If you want to stay there and eat, there are stools and a long table on the wall. Staff is nice.“

“We had the pleasure of having Crystal help us. I must say each and every time we come to this location at Crystal is working we are helped promptly at the drive thru window and wait no more than a minute to receive our drink order. You can definitely tell a difference in service when she is working.“
