Have been ordering the same thing every Thursday for the past three years. Recently (for the past 6 months) tried using the Dunkin app to mitigate waiting in line. Find myself waiting longer now as they haven't gotten my order correct or ready once. Pretty patient guy and rarely feel the need to leave a review but wow. Why even bother using the app?

Ordered my food, and went to pay. Employee pulled out her phone and completely focused on it for about 5 minutes. Took her a few seconds to finish her text before asking if I needed my receipt. After that the other employee missed the hash browns I ordered. Possibly because the cashier didn't ring them up.

I've had several very slow experiences here. Im normally very patient. When I was the first to order and 6th to receive my food I had enough and asked for why I hadn't received my food I was called rude and heard only excuses as to where my food went. I was right by the pick up area and didnt miss it. The woman remade my food after hassle and still didnt do it correctly. No wrapper on the food, no apology for waiting. The man taking orders was the only saving grace for this place.

Service and products have really gone down hill here. They don't staff it well and they are constantly out of cups, lids, etc. Lines out the door, online orders not done for 20 minutes after you arrive. There will be a Starbucks soon right down the hall to take the business that you are losing.

Good service at the counter. However, my wife and I ordered the same style coffee. Her cup was heavier than mine. When we got to our car I found out why. I had a lot of foam and not so much coffee compared to the same size that my wife ordered.

This place is a constant disappointment. Lack of logistic planning, lack of good service, no sense of urgency and struggles to produce a decent cup of coffee. Several co-workers have been going there for years and from what I hear the service declines consistently. Today we went in there for (3) cups of hot coffee, we waited in line for a while just to be told they don't have any hot coffee ready because they were fulfilling a walk in order for (3) boxes of joe. All of us and the other people were put on the backburner because of this and were offered cold coffee only. \ \ 2 hours later we went over there and attempted to get more coffee and they finally had hot coffee again but they did not have lids or even tea made!! This is a constant problem that shows obvious incompetence and we are anxiously looking forward to the Starbucks opening on base and putting this Disappointment Donuts out of business.
The slowest and most inefficient DD I’ve ever been to. Staff is extremely friendly. The slow service is a management issue. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.
