“I have never done this before, but the clerk who worked the evening shift on 10/28/2024 is so outrageously attractive I can't possibly she will be there very long before a modeling agency whisks her away!

“I love this Dunkin donuts as it seems out of all the locations I've gone to this tiny Dunkin location seems to have the best staff that are very friendly and helpful,and their drinks, coffees,lattes,cold brews,frozen drinks always taste the best to me,lol! I told this to one of the employees there that works evenings mostly that I'm aware of,and she said it's probably because she makes drinks for her customers with love and care,lol! “I go to this location almost everyday and online order before school. Everyone is always so kind even when the drive thru line is long. Sometimes I bring my dog with me and they are always so nice to her and talk about how cute she is when I get her a pup cup (even though she barks so loud at them). “Dunkin was the best! It was right after I got baptized and my daughter & Aunt came atw from St.Petersburg,Fl, and my daughter (17) knew exactly what to order. “The drive thru lady was really nice in assisting me in understanding what I could order with my reward. She was great. However this drink was not! I don’t like frozen drinks and it was my first time trying Dunkin. It’s unfortunate that I can’t get something else with this reward. I don’t like this at all. So much for my coffee fix this morning.“

“They accidentally gave us two of the same thing instead of something we ordered and let us keep it and replaced the item they forgot. Most food places would have just thrown it away when returned... So I commend them for that and for promptly fixing our order. We did not have to wait long at all and they let us order more stuff at the window very quickly. Would recommend.

“This is a very small franchise however the customer service was excellent by the two staff members working at the time. They were very friendly helpful and our food and drinks were perfect. I'd definitely stop there again when I'm in the area!“

“I recently stopped by the location and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had placed an order through the app but didn't know they were only doing thru pickup which had a long line. A staff member came to the lock door, let me know the process and asked for my name. She then came back with my order and helped me avoid the long line. I very much appreciated it.“

“This Dunkin is only a 3 minute drive from my house and I’m so thankful that the service is amazing! I come here for an iced coffee more than I would like to admit, generally in the morning, and know I can always count on quick and correct service. There are 2 women in particular that are not only super nice but keep that drive thru line moving! “Before I went to this location I looked at reviews and found many negative reviews. I'm wondering why that is. I walked in, the cashier greeted me immediately all the while taking drive thru orders. She didn't skip a beat. She was attentive to me while I was making my decision and answered questions I had. Im just sorry that I didn't get her name. She did very well. Great job ladies

“I frequent this Dunkin' very often lately to dine-in while I spend a few hours getting my work done and this is one of the cleanest locations I have been to as well as having some of the best customer service from their staff.

During my visit today, one of the staff members Dominic was handling multiple orders at once and the whole time I waited he kept apologizing letting me know he would be right with me. Once I sat down, a woman came in demanding he come over to the donuts as he was making 3 coffees at once, not explaining why at first, but turns out there was a fly on a donut (come on.. really?) and she got so mad that he didn't come over immediately which I'm sure he would have if she mentioned the ONE fly. This clearly set her off because she started to get increasingly rude with him telling him he doesn't listen, shouldn't be in this business of customer service, etc. and the whole time he kept his cool, ignoring her insults. She left, and CAME BACK IN just to ask for the owner's card so she could call and report him. I couldn't believe how rude this woman was over such a small misunderstanding and want to give my kudos to the employee Dominic for how he reacted. 10/10 customer service at this location and all staff is super friendly!“

“This is honestly my favorite Dunkin location! I pass two other Dunkin's on may way into work and will only go to this one. My orders are always correct, the food is hot/fresh and their sweet tea is really good. They do get really busy so the drive thru line can be a little backed up sometimes but everyone is always working hard and very pleasant/friendly attitudes!“

“Went through the drive-thru got my two items the worker at the speaker was courteous and very understanding and repeated my order no attitude or anything just a pleasant person at the window and at the speakerphone. My meal was warm done the way that I wanted it and handed over with a smile.

“I recently discontinued going to this DD's location due to service, and lack of inventory. I'm glad I gave the store another chance the customer service, inventory is at it's best. They have improved drastically, the lattes taste better and the baked items are made fresher.

“The decaf coffee was cold, they offered to make more if I wanted to wait. The $3 sandwich deal only applies to sausage egg and cheese. I ordered bacon. They should honor it. That's a corporate issue. Almost $8 for a cold coffee and a sandwich that should have been about $2 cheaper. Had I known, I would have ordered the sandwich with sausage.“

“This Dunkin' Donuts is in a gas station, and they remodeled it, so it's more of a drive-thru and kiosk order only. It's hard to see what is actually available, and the staff is sometimes busy with the drive thru. If you want to stay there and eat, there are stools and a long table on the wall. Staff is nice.“

“Holy moly, was dunkin' donuts crowded just a day or two after hurricane Milton destroyed our area.
They also had the only working Wi-Fi internet in the area at the time The place was swamped inside and out.

“Decided to try this Dunkin again after a bad experience about a year or so ago. The person working was nice but they got my order wrong. Thankfully I noticed but then they told me they were out of what I ordered. So probably staying away for another year or so.“
