It is a food truck. But dang the food is good! We ordered a pound of the filet mignon. Requested it medium. It arrived at our hotel perfectly medium and still hot. It melted in the mouth almost. We saw a line outside the place in the rain - it is that popular. Go there. Get dead cow! Or anything else. I am sure it will be good.
