Very bad service on the part of the staff that works here, with bad character, I brought three people in the same case who were requesting information, we called and they said that no appointment was needed, when we came they did not want to assist us because even to ask a question you need an appointment, we made one and when we arrived they said that it was only one person per case who could enter, and the others wait in the waiting room, if it is the same case for three people they are sending themselves to verify information for the three The security guy who is Puerto Rican seems to be from his accent, he always has a bad face and treats people roughly, the truth is very bad experience and we are not the only ones.

It is painful to see how a government office mistreats, offends and discriminates against undocumented foreigners just because of their condition of not being citizens of the United States. I only saw people who do not want to do their job and sometimes do it even with mistakes just to finish quickly. I call on state entities to pay particular attention to the work and workers of this specific office.

Called the corporate line spoke to a lady that was very rude. She kept saying that I needed to put my partner on child support to get benefits even though I am pregnant when I know and looked online to check that child support sanction does not effect women that are pregnant and that I didn’t not need to do it. I do not like that they try to pressure you into doing that to men that actually take care of their child. I am stressed out for no reason because of them. I have appointment next week for obgyn and can’t go because no one is willing to help me. The lady seems like she hates her job if you hate your job that much then quit.

He took. Two months and gone like 6 times. They have one here and there. Running around with all the health problems one has. The attention has not been good, mistreatment. Running around. Last time I asked to speak to a supervisor. Not even that. In these three months nothing alone. reproaches for bad attention, I don't know what to do now.

Be prepared to wait on several long lines. Ughhh. But don't be afraid of being nice, I locked out and got someone extremely helpful in my situation.

I understand help is short they are so inconsiderate when you call to report your card has been compromised and then they send you a whole package to reapply after I just did the reply this is ridiculous now I'm going to have to get up and go there and be there at 8:00 a.m. if not don't plan on going if not don't plan on going unless you have nothing to do that day you'll be in line waiting and waiting 8 be there at 7:45 first one in line who is sure you get help immediately this happened that he was compromised by a scammer that read his card when he swiped it at Sam's club on Dale mabry and my wife also her identity got stolen when she swiped our credit card not happy

Let's start with the hispanic gentleman to the right. Who directs you to entrance of where you should go get in line. He did his job as supposedly. And the young Hispanic gentleman did a wonderful job. Instead of me waiting in line which was long. He directed me to the computer. He also assisted me on how to use the computer to log in. And there was a young African American lady that was very nice. When I was close to loose my patience with some of the changes. Of logging in she patiently walk me through it. There also was a hispanic elder lady I'm going to give her the me red vest lol. She was sort of short she was very helpful as well. Hey guys I wish I would have gotten names. But thanks to you all job well done God bless.
