Very bad service on the part of the staff that works here, with bad character, I brought three people in the same case who were requesting information, we called and they said that no appointment was needed, when we came they did not want to assist us because even to ask a question you need an appointment, we made one and when we arrived they said that it was only one person per case who could enter, and the others wait in the waiting room, if it is the same case for three people...read full review

It is painful to see how a government office mistreats, offends and discriminates against undocumented foreigners just because of their condition of not being citizens of the United States. I only saw people who do not want to do their job and sometimes do it even with mistakes just to finish quickly. I call on state entities to pay particular attention to the work and workers of this specific office.

Called the corporate line spoke to a lady that was very rude. She kept saying that I needed to put my partner on child support to get benefits even though I am pregnant when I know and looked online to check that child support sanction does not effect women that are pregnant and that I didn’t not need to do it.
